About
An agentic workflow consultancy, built for small business.
AGNTWRK is based in Melbourne and works with small businesses and sole traders across Victoria. We coach and train you on AI and agentic workflows, build the workflows with you, and support you. Websites and apps are part of the same practice.

We advise
Where AI fits, and where it doesn't.
A free chat first, then a plan for what to hand over and what to leave alone.

We train and coach
Learn it on your real work.
Private sessions on your own emails, quotes and paperwork until it feels like second nature.

We build
Agents that run the repetitive work.
Replies, follow-ups, reminders, invoices and content, each agent briefed like a new teammate.

We support you
Support that keeps it running well.
Monthly plans if you'd like them. No resold software and honest advice about what's worth doing.
The idea
From answering questions to getting things done.
A chat tool
You ask
You type a question and it answers. Useful, but it only moves when you do.
An agent
It does
Give it a job and limits, and it drafts the reply, updates the calendar, prepares the order.
An agentic workflow
It keeps going
Several agents passing work between themselves, running whenever the situation comes up, checking with you where your judgement is needed.
Step through one
See a workflow unfold.
Simple examples of automated agentic workflow.

- Something happens
- The agent does
- You decide
From enquiry to quote
Step 1 of 4
1. Something happens
A new enquiry lands in your inbox at 7:40 in the morning.
2. The agent does
Your AI tool reads it, pulls the details into your usual quote layout, and drafts a reply in your tone.
3. You decide
You glance over it on your phone, adjust one line, and tap send.
4. The agent does
It pops a follow-up note in your calendar for Thursday and files the job where you'll find it.
The result: A quote out before mid-morning, and nothing to remember later.
Beyond the admin
It's not only the repetitive jobs.
Once the routine is handled, the same agents help with the parts of the business that usually get forgotten. All in your voice, all checked by you before it goes anywhere.
Marketing and social
A month of posts, a newsletter or listing copy drafted from what you already do.
Writing
Proposals, tenders, job ads and the hard letters, drafted from your notes for your edit.
Understanding
Long contracts summarised, meetings turned into actions, reviews read for the themes.
Planning and numbers
Your sales patterns, pricing and cash flow explained in everyday language.
Customers and team
Welcome sequences, review replies, training guides and supplier comparisons.

If you'd like it, a monthly plan keeps your agents running well as the tools and your business change.
Tools we specialise in
The tools we know inside out, and the one we reach for first.
We set each tool up in your own account. For agentic workflows we recommend Grok Bot, with Grok alongside it, and we know our way around Claude and ChatGPT as they add agents of their own.
Grok Bot
AI teammates that do the work, not just talk about it.
Grok Bot gives you Bots: named AI agents, each with a job, that run on their own cloud computer with a browser, files and apps. You message a Bot the way you'd message a staff member. It takes on multi-step work across your tools, keeps you posted, and comes back when something needs your approval.
How it works
- Each Bot has a real computer in the cloud, so work finishes inside your actual tools, and keeps going while your laptop is closed.
- It connects to the apps you already use, such as your email, calendar and documents, and uses the browser for anything without a connection.
- Bots run on a schedule or a trigger: every weekday at 7am, or whenever a new enquiry arrives.
- Show a Bot a task once and it can save the steps and repeat them. Its memory of how you work builds up over time.
- Several Bots can run at once and hand work to each other, so you aren't the go-between.
- Anything you've asked it to check with you waits for your OK before it goes out.
Ideas
- A 7am brief: today's calendar, the emails that need you, anything overdue
- Enquiries sorted and replies drafted in your voice, waiting for Send
- Quotes that went quiet, each with a short follow-up ready to approve
- Invoices chased on a Monday, with you approving every reminder
Why we recommend it
This is the closest thing to an extra team member that we've found. A chat tool waits for you to ask. A Bot has a job, a computer and a routine, and it brings you the decisions rather than the tasks. For a small business that's the difference between a clever assistant and a dependable one.
All third-party products with their own terms and pricing, held in your own account. We don't resell them or take a commission, and we'll tell you if our recommendation changes.
Common questions
Two reasons. AI is moving fast, and holding your own accounts with the leading providers, such as Grok Bot or Claude, means you always have the best tools, not whatever a middleman happens to offer. And it works best when everything is yours: your name on the accounts, your data and workflows, your choice of plan, no markup from us, and you keep everything you've built. We stick to what we do best: advice, training, building and support.
Say hello.
A free 20-minute chat is the easiest way to find out where an agent would earn its keep in your week.
